Formalities to start small catering business in UAE?

i want to open a small shop where i can start preparing the food in sharjah, then supply it to jebel ali free zone in dubai, and khalid port free zone in sharjah
i need to know the formalities, like what type of business it comes under? can i supply to both the emairates? any special permission from JAFZ office? etc
